Do you ever have those days (or weeks) where you feel like crap, and it starts to show? Maybe it’s that time of the month, or you just had a couple of tough days where things didn’t go your way. I have those days too.
To be honest, this happens to me every month when I get my period. I feel like sh*t, and it shows on the outside. One of the ways I revitalize myself when I feel this way is by dedicating some time to pampering myself. These are my favorite self care activities to feel and look beautiful.

Pick a time and day you will practice your beauty routine, and get started. For example, I like to exfoliate, shave, and paint my nails every Sunday, and on Wednesday I do my weekly face mask. It’s all about finding a beauty routine that makes you feel good and works with your schedule.
Bonus Tip: Make it fun by combining your beauty routine with other fun things you like to do. You could take a relaxing shower and listen to your favorite songs, or paint your nails while watching your favorite movie. This will make your self-care routine even more enjoyable.
