Visit your doctor, if you haven’t, and get a check-up. Recently, I got a check-up, did some tests, and found out I was deficient in vitamin D. My doctor prescribed the dose I needed, and it made a big difference in how I felt. So, this is your reminder to schedule a check-up!
3. Call a friend
In the colder months, you may go out less, so try to call a friend and catch up!
4. Make your favorite soup
The cold weather calls for soup! Make your favorite soup recipe.
5. Go for a walk
Try to take a walk around your neighborhood a few times a week and enjoy the scenery and fresh air.
